In this healing session I connect with your team to understand why you are stuck, heal repeating patterns, help you move forward from trauma, understand generational curses, repetitive cycles, answer universal questions. 
If you are feeling lost, have trauma issues, anxiety or depression, continue to choose destructive behaviors/relationships, or have questions about your connection to the divine these sessions can help. This booking is a minimum of 2 hours with the first hour or more spent in discussion. After we discover the messages you are not understanding we go into a 1 hour reiki session to rebalance your body expanding your light.   Your  reiki session includes energy healing, sound therapy, chakra clearing, an overall sense of peace and comfort as you come back into realignment. If allowed I use oils, sweet grass, music, to help your body come back into alignment.  We finish with a head massage and grounding.

These readings are current, and they are healing readings meant to help you understand what is currently happening in your life and how to move forward.

This is a 2-hour session where you can explore a past life, meet your Guardian Angel/Guide, and receive a Spiritual Makeover which includes Chakra clearing, Aura Expansion, removal of Attachments, a full body cleansing.  

I also offer this as a group session which can be done in the office but often people have it from their own home.  If you have 5 individuals attending besides yourself the host is free.

I offer counseling/therapy services in person or via zoom.  These services are to help you navigate life, understand your role, the lesson, or teaching that is occurring, be a sound board, listen offer guidance.

A Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session is a unique and comprehensive exploration designed to facilitate profound healing and self-discovery. Developed by Dolores Cannon, this method guides individuals into a deep state of relaxation, similar to the state experienced just before sleep. While in this state, often referred to as the Theta state, clients can access the subconscious mind, which holds all the information and wisdom of this life and all others. The session involves a pre-session work by you to understand the client's intentions and concerns, followed by guided regression to explore past life experiences or other relevant events,  in the current life 

Communication with the subconscious or higher self then takes place, allowing the client to gain insights into life challenges, release emotional blockages, and receive guidance or healing. These sessions often cause spontaneous physical and emotional healing. I record the session for your own use and delete the recording after.  One session is really all that is needed to jumpstart this journey to self.   Your session is completely private unless you share your experience, I will never use your name.
